Can I request early check-in or late check-out?+
Yes, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Is daily housekeeping included?+
Departure cleaning is included. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for an additional fee.
Is Ocean Reef open to the public?+
Ocean Reef Club is a private, gated community. Access is limited to members and registered guests.
Do you offer travel insurance?+
Yes, travel insurance options are available during the reservation process.
Does the reservation deposit and cancellation policy change during the holiday season or for long-term stays?+
Yes. For reservations during the final two weeks of December, the first week of January, and for any reservation exceeding 30 nights, the following policies apply:
Reservation Deposit Policy
- 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking
- The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of deposits paid
- Cancellations made between 30–60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposits paid
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival: All deposits are forfeited
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all holiday and extended-stay reservations.
