Carlos E. Rojas
Owner
Carlos brings an owner-operator mindset focused on service quality, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for both owners and guests. With a background spanning real estate, business operations, and investment management, Carlos is highly hands-on in setting strategy, elevating standards, and building systems that prioritize transparency, accountability, and guest satisfaction. His approach blends disciplined financial oversight with a strong appreciation for hospitality, ensuring each property is managed with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
Mariana Cadenas
Manager
Mariana Cadenas is the Manager of The Owner Rental Group, bringing over eight years of experience in luxury hospitality operations and guest services. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Director of Rooms at Eden Roc Miami Beach, where she oversaw all aspects of hotel operations including front office, reservations, housekeeping, and guest experience, consistently driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. Mariana has a proven track record of leadership, team development, and operational efficiency across high-demand environments, with deep expertise in property management systems and guest relations. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure, she plays a key role in delivering a seamless, high-end experience for both owners and guests at Ocean Reef Club.
Lindsey Huff
Reservations Agent
Lindsey joined The Owner Rental Group in early 2021. She coordinates rentals, focusing on long-term and holiday rentals. In her free time, Lindsey loves to take advantage of the sunny Florida weather, enjoying reading by the pool as well as listening to music and podcasts on walks through her neighborhood.
Maria Carvajal
Housekeeping Supervisor
As the Housekeeping Supervisor since late 2008, Maria is one of Owner Rental Group's veterans. She oversees the Housekeeping Department to ensure that each home is perfectly prepared for arriving guests. She also assists with coordinating housekeeping schedules and performing maintenance inspections on each rental home.

Housekeeping Department
Before you arrive, our housekeepers ensure your rental property has been completely prepared for your vacation. During high season, housekeeping services are typically included in the rental fee; in low season, cleaning can be provided for a small charge.
Golf Cart Rentals
Immerse yourself in the Ocean Reef lifestyle with your very own golf cart, provided by a third-party vendor on the Reef. We are happy to assist you in renting a golf cart before or during your arrival.
Airport Transportation
Need a ride to and from the airport? Ask us about our airport transportation services to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Provisioning
We aim to make your Ocean Reef vacation as relaxing as possible. We are happy to provide grocery provisioning before or during your stay so you arrive to a fully stocked home.
Babysitting Services
